RESIDENCE INN MINNEAPOLIS DOWNTOWN AT THE DEPOT, Minneapolis – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel had a perfect size room, ideal for our family, but unfortunately, it didn't match up with the pictures on booking and had a drafty view of an HVAC unit and dumpsters. The service was a mix of beyond helpful and friendly experiences but also encounters with rude staff. The location was fantastic, right by the Stone Arch bridge, offering a great place to stay despite some issues. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown at times, although the facilities were well-maintained.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big, almost like an apartment, and really clean, which was great. However, the service was rude at check-in, almost ruining my night, but then a helpful staff member saved the day by letting me use his desk computer to print out our boarding pass. The location was convenient with easy access to sports stadiums and numerous restaurants, making it a great choice for attending events like Red White and Boom. The dining options were hit and miss, with the breakfast being below average, but the quiet room and friendly staff helped make up for it.
